Claimant says:
"I feel it is unprofessional, that I have been in contact with John Sazinski the manager and other workers with U-Haul Storage of Hamden CT regarding my storage unit 1915. When I put my stuff into storage I was in the process of moving out of the state of CT due to my financial stability. But received financial help each month to pay for the unit. As I talk to John and his workers explaining my situation and trying to pay on a back balance. Recently within the last month they refuse to except my telephone calls, or emails and return any calls that were received by other workers. All prior to the day of the sale and on the day it actually happen. Till this day 3/22/2013 at 9:57am, I have tried several times to reach someone to explain to me my next step or to even have the people call me directly regarding the unit. I am willing to pay them for what they paid out of pocket for the unit but no one will call me back. I did speak to one female with the company on 3/20/2013 at 10:00am and she did state to me that my paperwork and pictures would be left with u-haul. Inside the unit I also had the ashes of my mother and grandmother that was packed up in a box that I would love to get back."
