Claimant says:
"This company takes your money, any where from $1200 to $3500, up front, to be used for so-called advertising to sell your time share. They promise to sell or make an offer in 10 months. They never call you back; and 10 phone calls later, they finally send you an offer of $25 and want additional money in the amount of $1050 to legally cancel your time share out of your name for ever. When you call to speak to the person who made the offer, you're not allowed to speak with him, only with customer service. This company is nothing more than a scam."

    "Our records show that Mr. Meadows contracted our company to help him advertise his timeshare for sale. He entered into a contract which he understood all terms and conditions before signing. We have executed the services he signed up for, pursuant to the SIGNED contract. The timeshare Mr. Meadows has contracted us to advertise has been advertised from the effective date on the contract and he has received all services contracted for since day one.

    With that said, all services have been provided by TSRSOnline, and we have completed the contract. The timeshare has been advertised pursuant to the terms and conditions of the signed contract. Our contract is very clear, we admit no wrong doing or liability what so ever. Therefore we find no refund due at this time, we have completed the contract.
    "
