Claimant says:
"I had a person from that company to call me about coming out to my residence to treat my grass. he told me about saving 82 dollars. i was driving home, i told him okay so I gave Dan my credit card over the phone, I kept on calling dan about my email, and he sent it, i look at it and saw that he took seven hundren and thirty eight dollar from my account. i called him and ask him why did he take that money out, he never told me it was for a year, that is why i was saving this 82 dollar if he had told me the amount i would had told him no thank you I've been talking back in forward with person about putting my money back in my account. I also went to the bank to try to stop payment it was too late it was pending, so i talk back with dan he say that him and his boss was doing the paper work to retrack my money this happen on february 5th 2016 and now am just getting the run around about my money as of februuary 15 still i have not gotten any money back, I don't want any of their services, because i feel he was dishonest to me, he never told me the amount they were taking out my account ."
