Claimant says:
"I Ordered a Power Pressure Cooker 7 weeks ago. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. Each week I call I am told they just got in a shipment and my order will be sent out, but it never has. They also tell me it could take another 2 weeks. On Feb. 24th I call and the operator told me a order came in and they would ship it out this Thursday, which is to-day. To-day I call and spoke to a supervisor, Operator B78, Rackel, and she told me they were receiving an order to-day and they would mail it out in 2 weeks. She said she did not know why the other operator told me all of the information she told me and said it was not correct and she was very sorry. I don't want sorry, I would like my order. I didn't expect I would receive it in over 2 months, especially when I was told 4 to 6 weeks. We will be going on 9 weeks. I don't really know if I will ever receive it. This is false advertising and is not correct."
