"Hi my name is Yurik Arutyunyan resident of hesperia ca ,On 02/22/2016 i take my 2000 mercury mountainer to this mexanic shop to do semple smog check for $29.95 which ended $1.290.00 chargess.I personaly spoke the shop boss or controler obout my finansial situation that i can afford $200.00 only no more then that amount he tell me that he will work with me to not increase that amount in case over that amount he will call me bat he never never never call me this servise took 2 monts , i decided call hem affter1 mont he tell me that they working on it bat never never never tell me there will more chargess .Then i call hem again on 4/11/2016 he tell me car is wery i tell hem wy you not call me obout my car is wery ??? he confused to answer'' and and did NOT tell me total prise i ask hem if he can fix my a/c he said yes and tell me i call you for update and again never never never call me ,on 4/19/2016 i decide call hem with my wife to know if car wery??? the ledy answered phone this time, we tell her we need the car we have 2 children we need go placess we paying insurance we need the car,she sorry for that let servise and promised to call to update never never never call. until i call back on 4/22 2016 att around 4;00 pm she anshwered and tell me car is wery ,then i go to pick up my car i was shock when he tell me total chargess of $1.290.00 he tell me we work a lot and we chenged lot of part i ask hem discount he offer $ 60.00 & i accepted and payd $1.230.00 .at front of mexanik shop my a/c was so slow that the boss or controler tell me i am go in to put more frion to make more frizzy an d he did full up frion he said, any i drove my car home and next day early morning checked my enjine area to se any new parts bad theres no new parts discovered on i can se dasty enjine parts untached i beleave so or i need mexanic inspector to check this nightmare i olso check my A/C its hot air blowed not cold air I NEED YOUR HELP am low income family this is UNACCEPTBLE Thanks for yor ATT;N.
