Claimant says:
"I bought a 2004 Satryn Vue in April 2013.I owned it 1 week and the transmission went totally out. They ordered a re-built one from a GM affliate (DBC After sales). I received a 100,00/3 yr warrenty on this 2nd transmission They WILL NOT REPLACE IT!!! Only drove 25,000 miles in 14 months). In 13 months it too had fully went out (won't move car) I still owe 4350.00 on it and had to buy a new car to have a way to work. I can't afford 2 car payments and insurance!) The main mechanic James Abshire told me good luck in getting it fixed (or paid for). I've tried everybody I could think of to contact to get this issue resolved! GM even told me that the car shouldn't have been sold as it has a CVT transmission and they're trying to get them off the road as the trans has a fatal flaw that can't be fixed. I feel they should pay off the 4350.00 still owed on it, since they forced me to buy a different car! This is ruining my credit,which was excellent,. Never had anything reposessed in my life, and I'm 60 yrs old! Anything you can help me to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated!"

  • If something has a valid warranty on it, it should be honored, no matter what! They should have to pay off what due on this vehicle, since it isn't drivable and she had to buy a new one. Her credit should be repaired also
