Claimant says:
"Thea Fry witheld my rent deposit of 1,067 inspite of a walk through on the 1st of the month, I moved out the day before. MRs Fry indicated things were okay in front of others and said she would check how much was held for my deposit 7 years prior. Three weeks
after the walk through and a few un answered calls later I received a letter stating there was damage to the wood floor ( Floor is maby 70 years old a dime could could fall in the spaces ) floor was covered by rugs. the bathroom vanity she claims was torn off the wall pictures sent show bathroom no tiles on floor, no vanity, or toilet is she kidding ?
she claims stove top needed specalist to clan it, with special solvent her kitchen picture shows draw missing ? did I mention we had a walk through and I had hired a person to make sure everthing was okay Did I say her complaints came 20 days later I would have been more then happy to acmmmadate any grieviences she had ."
