Claimant says:
"I purchased a new mattress set for 653.00 in January of 2018. After it was delivered,I slept on it for two weeks, I started itching, and I saw a bug on top of my mattress then, I called the exterminator and he confirmed that it was bed bugs. I never in my live had this problem, and I only had this mattress for only one month. On Friday February 23rd, I talked to Dale the customer care manger, and she told me there is nothing they can do about my mattress. I just bought a brand new one and I didn't expect that bed bugs will come along with it. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I can't afford another mattress when I didn't do anything wrong."
