Claimant says:
"I called Surface Master in Rossford, Ohio at 419-690-9391 and spoke with John Tidwell for a estimate on fixing my front sidewalk and porch. John came out and gave me an estimate and it was more than I could afford so I said thank you but that's to much for me. He said he would give me a break if I would I make the check out to him (John Tidwell) and not Surface Master. I went to my bank and had 2 checks made out and gave John the first check before he started and when he was finished there were some places that were not done properly and he said he would come back the next day to fix them. He asked for the last payment check and he would see me the next day to fix the places that were not correct. I gave him the check and haven't seen John since. I called John and asked him about it and he said he was just going to fill it in with clear caulk and I said no that's not what I paid for and it would have to be done right as agreed. I have not seen or heard from John Tidwell from Surface Master since. I would like John to make this right and finish the job that he got paid for. I have the check stubs from the bank showing John Tidwells name on them, the amount and the purpose of the check. Thank you for your help with this matter.
