1. I am not in the business of selling boxes. My business is selling dog treats. This is a brand new business for me and of course I'm going to be looking for deals. You assume that everyone should know your prices...you are wrong. I owned another business for 8 years and I had an advertising error similar to your, I had 5 responses to the ad explained that there was an error but I was going to honor my error for the one day. Yes, I lost money, but I kept my integrity. I guess thats too much to expect from you. After explaining the nightmare that I went through with you, apparently I'm not the only one who has had this experience. You have a reputation for this. If you reject the offer I am going to pursue this with an attorney because this does constitute ADVERTISING FRAUD, and because your selling on the internet it crosses states lines and this is a Federal offense. Not to mention your company name will be associated with such an unlawful and unethical act. You can blame the customer all you want but the bottom line is that YOU MADE THE ERROR AND YOU ARE NOT AN HONORABLE PERSON WHO STANDS BY THEIR MISTAKES. Just because people in the cake business do not order a quantity as large as 200 doesn't mean businesses in other industries wouldn't. You can think all you want that I was aware, if that makes you feel better by rationalizing. Bottom line is...YOU ADVERTISED A PRICE THAT YOU MADE THE ERROR ON AND YOU DID NOT HONOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE. You'll hear from my attorney. If you question this...ask an attorney and they will tell you. Not only will you be responsible for the money lost in product, money spent on fees for the Harvest festivel but you will be responsible to pay my attorney fees as well as yours.
