Claimant says:
"Hi I have bought 12 lozier shelves from this co online and paid on 07.11.12 and paid $120.00 + shiping =$80.00 total $200.00 by ax cradit card. I also have told my c/c people .after 10 days I called that I haven't received my shelves. They said it got lost by UPS and we are shiping more, ok. I called 10 days later it's shipped you will get it any time . Same answer 3 more times. I don't have any shelves and I can't get in touch with any one but the manager she has all these answers so can you please help me get my money back on my c/c statement ref#320121940086747274. and adress on statement is bob's store fixtures flint mi. and on line store name is store fixture super store tel#877.280.7304 order #s-23037 .my name is ramanbhai k patel. 6232 chef menteur hwy. new orleans louisana 70126. my tel # 504.246.2628 .. my cell # 504.858.4050 and my e mail adress is . raykp7649@yahoo.com thank you raman patel there was no shiping charge was shown"

  • This is business as usual for Bob. They simply didn't have the shelves in stock when they received the order. They have no idea what's in their inventory, they just accept orders and take your money THEN sift through their crappy shelving to see if they can fill the order. If not, you wait. You will get your shelving eventually. Might be 6 months later, or a year. What you won't get, EVER, is the truth. Or a refund (unless you take legal action, as I did.)

  • Well obviously the root of the problem is the company's shipping center or dispatcher. I completely agree with the claimants argument. I believe that "Store Fixtures Supercenter" should indeed reimburse the customer as asked. Generally it is a company policy for a customer to be redeemed if there is an issue with anything, I don't quite understand how they didn't decide to appease you at the start of the shipping issue. I would contact the corporate office for the company and have this amended immediately. If the center itself will not help you, go straight to the top.
