Claimant says:
"I Bought a used carburetor assembly (promised to be rebuilt and ready to install) for a Kawasaki 600 Eliminator For $350.00. It took over three weeks to receive it. When I received it my Mechanic said it (in his words) was Junk. I complained and Stocker owner Steve Smith whom said that if I sent the original assembly he would make one good assembly at an additional cost of $150.00, so I did (at a cost of $50.00 shipping). Three weeks later I received an Unusable Original assembly. Again I complained and also requested the one I paid for. Mr. Smith said that he would have his mechanic gather the parts to ship to me, to this date I have not received it and I am out a total of about $575.00 if not more due to my mechanics time in labor. I feel that this company is a scam and con. I put forth another search for an assembly and again the only one that came back was Stocker Motorcycle Parts. This is why i feel they are cons."

  • Due to your lack of willing to settle the above will go up by $200.00 per month for Aggravation. Also it WILL be posted along with MANY more post's of BAD business practices. A report WILL be made with the Better Business Bureau, Further LEGAL ACTION will be sought.
