"I ordered Slim Boost over the TV with a 14 day trial in February, 2018 and gave them my debit card number for $4.95 shipping fee. I received the items, a cleansing formula and a dietary supplement in the first part of March. I called the company after my debit card was charged $69.95 AND $79.95 on two separate dates. I told them that I had not had the products for 14 days to try and they said that the account was over the trial time. Spoke with the manager and she said same thing; however, while I was in mid sentence she hung up on me.

That is NOT good practice for a company working with customers. I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor and the lady that answered the phone said she was the only supervisor on the floor.

I know that there is someone above her.. I want my money back ...I did not authorize them to charge my account for those two amounts. I am sending it back! I gained weight with it!!!

Please advise.

    Slimboost needs to take full ownership of their crafty business practices and refund you for the full amount. I am going through a very similar dispute with them at this time. Their customer service team should be demoted to receptionist team because they do not resolve any customer's issues.
