Claimant says:
"August 2017 contracted to have a wall unit heating/airconditioner installed
After a wait the unit was installed but turned out to be broken After a long wait for a replacement part the wrong one was sent and I had to wait again in the heat
after the "repaired" unit was installed it never worked
I made 2 appointments but nobody showed up making me spend the whole day waiting for them
In another appointment to have some paint touch up done nobody showed up

The unit has never worked and i never heard from them again

I am 89 years old and the cost they charged me for this unit was more than $5000.00 which is a terrible hardship for me

I am so tired of calling and getting no work done since last year
All I want now for them to remove this unit and refund me my money

I would appreciate your help
