"I ordered a purse from this company on June 3, 2018. Received a confirmation that item had been shipped. Order #3654. Item never received. Filed a report with the credit card; they claim that the company provided information that the purchase was legit and sent, recharged my credit card. However, I anever received any tracking information and am unable to reach the company... Verizon has verified that the number is bogus and only getsa busy signal or ten rings and a hang up. No responses to REPEATED emails to howdy@shipsfromtexas.com
This is ridiculous and it's FRAUD. I will file charges with the Better Business Bureau and a police report if necessary. I will NOT pay for an item that I never received."
