Claimant says:
"Ron Hickman, roofer in Woodbury, NJ placed roof on the existing roof my house in the year 2000. It leaked several times in the first year. He patched it three times. Thought it was repaired and replaced ceiling and insulation in family room with insurance claim in 2002. Damage happened again this past winter due to the snow sitting on the roof. The damage was estimated over eight thousand dollars and insurance provided one thousand one hundred and forty six dollars. I had replaced the carpet in a bedroom and realized it rotted a bedroom floor and traveled into the family room and a new ceiling and insulation needs to be replaced again. The rot is not even covered by insurance. The one year old new carpet is so soiled it needs replacement. I realize the insurance company does not cover the roof and the roofer claims he is not in business anymore. I want to take him for whatever I can get from a small claim."
