Claimant says:
"I found a ad on Craigslist asking for a Nanny( Aspen) I answered the ad I send my information and she call me we talked and we agree in she will paid 300 per week the first 3 week and I will be taking care 3 kids during morning and after school til 8pm so I say okey so I went on Sunday 13/ because I will worked Monday 14 I did the first week and she was telling what she want me to do she was asking after the kids went to school to clean the house to clean the area where she have two cats she want me to do laundry for the whole family she want me to do errands and to take care most in the house so the following week I talk to her about the job and I told her that I will work for 450 per week after the 3 week that we agree on 300 she told me she will think about it and I worked one more week at the end of that week she paid 400 because her kids were in the house the whole week so she want me to recognize the work on the last week she told me that If I want the job she will paid me 400 because she do not have money to paid more and If I wanted or If not I should leave by Sunday December 4 so I said I will leave on Sunday she said Okey so I worked the whole week Monday till Saturday December 3 by 9 pm. The Sunday 4 I was ready to go back home and I asked her for my money she said. I AM NOT GOING TO PAID YOU BECAUSE I NEED TO SEE MY ELECTRICITY BILL AND I NEED TO PAID FOR ANOTHER AD ON THE NEWSPAPER SO I CAN 'NOT PAID YOU. I SAID TO HER WHAT? YOU MEAN THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING 6 DAYS FOR NOTHING? THAT IS NOT FAIR SHE SAID I DON'T CARE BUT I AM NOT GOING TO PAID YOU . SO I leave that house and walked ton the bus stop to come back home ."
