"My husband past June 11th 2013 we had a contract w Rizzo to install 38 aluminum double hung windows he charged me 16,150.00 for windows & 2,850.00 for window sills. Three days after my husbands funeral I am in the hospital with a bone infection in my arm conducting business. His guys installed vinyl single hung windows used the old window frames 35yrs old and caulking to insulate the windows. This is the worst job I have ever seen I have openings around all the windows and cracks. I contacted another company for these windows aluminum double hung not vinyl single and got a price of 7312.96 for the same cheap windows he installed in a six family building. The job was unprofessional and the windows inside and out look horrible and window sills were better before the job I truly feel this guy took advantage of me. I asked him for the money back or at least deduct the cheap window price and he hangs up on me. If you see this job for 19,000.00 you would not believe your eyes If my husband were here he would have never went through what this company had done to me. How could I ever recommend this company to anyone. I have to replace the windows again. Please help me to resolve this issue I was really taken for granted.I just want the money which is 12,000.00 and he can keep the 7000.00 price of the installed cheap windows I am the one taking the lost the windows still have to be replaced and i cant deal with this company any more. There is nothing they can possibly do to correct this mess They put my tenets through weeks of torture. The windows they took out were better than the ones installed. I appreciate any thing you can do for me to resolve this matter.He wants me to have another company take out his windows and then he will give me my money back. How can i do this to the tenets now.I just want this business deal to end now.I told him give me 12,000 now and in the spring he can have his cheap windows back and he then can refund the rest of 7000.
