Claimant says:
"I recently purchased a Pegson Metro Track Jaw from Promac Processing Machinery for my small business. I explained to them that I was looking for a crusher that could handle mixed materials including concrete and blacktop. They guaranteed me that this machine had high enough RPMs to handle the job.
In the first day that I worked with the machine I began to have multiple issues. The jaw is constantly jamming because it is worn out. I was told that I would be able to handle any materials with this machine and that was a lie. The machine's engine rapidly loses RPM during operation, approx 200 RPM. I was also never provided with the manual book for the machine. Within my contract/warranty I was promised this book and have asked for it multiple times to no avail.
The salesmen and company were made aware of these issues from day one. I told them from the beginning that I believed the machine to be broken and that I wanted to return it. They tried to help replace some small parts but when they realized how serious the issues were they stopped communicating with us completely. The equipment is currently working at 15-20% of its capacity, only approx 4 months after purchase. I have lost faith that they will help me at all at this point. The warranty has expired by now, but they were aware of my issues from day one."
