Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Purchased new car Sept 21,2019.  Pressured into purchasing extended warranty.  Phoned early next business day to cancel the warranty. IT HAS NEVER BEEN CANCELED AND PAYMENTS REMAIN $200.00 more each month.  Extended warranty $906.68 at 4.99% for 72 months.  Payment for just car  $704.20 at 2.99% for 60 months. I told them to get it fixed or come and get the car if they didn't get it changed.  I made this statement to three of the four men I spoke to.  I have been making the payments to avoid ruining my credit record. Have called Finance man Bell, Manager Joe Long  and Owner Mr. Hellmuth. And BMW Financial.  Explained the situation to each to include telling them to come and get the car.  Not one of these men from PASSPORT BMW has returned any call.  This is the worst business situation I have ever heard of UNTIL  I read the reports that are posted at BBB Washington DC.  about them. I need your help before I file in court.  It has been over two months."
