"Approx. 09/2011 I Anna was contacted by a gentleman from Palomar Associates/Concepts Execution offering a chance to open an on line business and they would do the building of the site and it would cost me approx. $4000. and would be paid a $100. a month ,a credit card use used to post $600. deposit for it to start , well weeks went by and no site I tried calling several times and no response left messages but no response calls to me. so I did not send no payments till they did what they promised me. and as time went on I contacted the BBB and they advised
they had no record of this company on file. so mean time my credit went into the toilet."

  • I have had pretty much the same experience with this company. They were supposed to be building me a website for my business selling Tanzanite jewelry. I paid the $600 up front and two payments and after not receiving anything but two paperback booklets and a worthless CD by some clown named Anthony Morrison bragging about he how he could make me rich overnight with an affilliate marketing program which is not what I was wanting in the first place. I have seen these affilliate marketing programs before where they want you to buy advertising space on the internet to market their product. They are all scams and never work. Tried talking and making sense with these people over and over again and they never did produce anything of the website I wanted in the first place. I quite paying and they sent threatening letters to me and threatening phone calls that they were going to sue me for the remaining balance of over $4ooo.oo and I basically said "Go ahead, make my day". Have not heard anything from them for about three years now but the blemish is still on my credit report for the $4ooo dollars. Never got the promised web site they were supposed to be building nor any of my money back.
