Claimant says:
"I went there to take photos and the photographer they gave me had no experience in the type of photos i was to have taken when i was shown the photos on the computer the person assisting me said the photos came out wrong and they tried to see if they could fix it but how the photos were taken it wasn't going to work. So they told me to call their accounting department and ask for a refund, when the lady in the accounting department called me back she was very rude to me telling me that i am not getting a refund and i told her I'm not coming back because i wasn't happy with something that was not my fault. She was rude when i was explaining to her my issues and she put the phone down on me and left me there talking to myself she didn't want to give me her name and when i asked her if she's trying to force me to come back there to take pictures she put the phone down again. The people here are very rude she hung up the phone and i called back and another girl answered the phone and i asked for the lady's name and she proceeded to tell me that they have a lot of people in the accounting department, so i asked her for her name she put the phone down came back and said Ashley. I just want my refund back because i am not going back to take pictures here they were very rude and i can't be around people like that. They did not want to make me come back after this encounter."

  • Due to the Nick’s Photo Studio Policy and the paperwork she signed we offer store credit and or retakes due to the photos being unsatisfactory to her liking.

    It is up to the Owner’s discretion as to return the clients money and discuss any further questions and to discuss return of payment(s).

    The owner will call and discuss with Ms. Gillette how they would like to proceed.
