Claimant says:
"I wanted to refinance my house and I call M &T MORTGAGE, I talked with Paul Brooks
he told me that once I get approve I will be charge $ 741 dollars but I was not going to be charge till everything go through, and I was charge in January 15th same day I gave him my credit card number.
I told him that I was co-sign for my son's car and he return that car to the bank, I ask if that was a problem.
He told me that the issue with capital one was ok if I type a letter explaining what happened.
Then they denied my loan and charged me for the $741 dollars.

He charged me $741 for an appraisal that I never got and for a service that I never got, I called him several times and emailed him and he never answered the phone or responded to my email."
