Claimant says:
"I bought a home from them in 2015. When it came time to meet contractor discuss location septic etc. Everything was going good then got phone call from luvs they said crew was to high had another to do work, everything went wrong from there septic tank floating, broke pipes, trees knocked down and pushed in woods, tin horn pulled out of ground and ditch covered up without tin horn, got those things fixed. Then luvs told me to inspect home and make list of things wrong and email to them. Stove was not working right, skirting wasn`t right siding had holes and 3 seems in a 5 foot span one corner was damaged. After a month they came out fixed siding and crew said skirting was different crew, call Frigidaire on stove they finally came out after standing us up twice turned temp down and it still didn`t fix it. 5 months later get a call from luvs saying I will get a call bout survey and they wanted a 10. I told him I would love to give him a ten if those things where fixed. Sent skirting crew out and instead of fixing skirting they unsnapped siding so it looked like it was fixed. Went to luvs showed pictures and talked to them bout stove said he was going on vacation but would come out on Saturday to look at it. Saturday he said worst skirting job he had seen checked voltage on outlet for stove was low check power and found never ran ground said would be okay as long as I didn't go under house could get shocked. He would fix in week when he got back from vacation. Wednesday they called for survey I gave them a 1. Next Tuesday when I called them to find out when they where going fix the problems he told me he was upset cause I gave him a 1, they fixed ground and stove was no good so they gave me another one. 2 weeks later found a crack in tub in guest bathroom called them and they told me they could of helped me but since I gave them a 1 there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if he could repeat it cause I was shocked at what he said and he said I heard what I thought I heard"
