Claimant says:
"I applied for residency at their property "The Iris at Park Point" She made copies of all my information and said she would call me if I was approved. She finally called me to let me know I had been approved and needed to make a $200 deposit. After I made the deposit she gave me a move in date. The day before I was to move in (after I had already set up with the moving company) She calls me and said I couldn't move in because I wasn't old enough. I was told it would take a month for me to get my deposit back. It has been over two months now and I still haven't received my deposit. I've been back to the property three times, only to be told someone from the management group would be calling me. I have yet to hear from anybody. I have called the LEDIC group three times. The first person I talked to said they would follow up and call me back.After days of no callback I called them back and gentlemen I spoke with said he would escalate the case up and gave me an escalation number of 18062503. He stated that someone would be calling me within 24 hours. Another two days go by and still haven't heard from anyone. I called back again and gave them my escalation number. She assured me that she would let me know something by the end of the day. That was days ago. Now when I call all I get is voicemail which they never respond to. I'm very frustrated at this point."
