Claimant says:
"Moved into this property. She never cleaned nor removed some of the old items. I needed a place to live so we agreed and signed on for a year. I was there over a year. I cleaned the place emasculate have videos of every room plus pictures. I asked we did a walk through in spite I had just the couch to get out and evaluate the house. She claims it smells like dog which, my girlfriend is hearing impaired and has a registered service dog that is well trained living in the residence. She asked I get rid of even the old furniture that was left from the old tenants. The garage when moved in had moldy feces in and we cleaned all it up. Three days worth. Just to move in. On top of all that she had been going to our house when we were not there as we have texts from neighbors letting us know which breaches our contract. The deposit is 900 and we want it back for cleaning it up better than before."
