Claimant says:
"I purchased a Samoyed puppy from Teresa Heaver of Kabeara Samoyeds on May 29 of 2012 for $1,350.00. I received the puppy with a packet of papers. Inside was everything I needed but the AKC registration papers. I have followed up with Teresa 8 times, each time with a promise to get those sent out to me. I received an email on Aug. 15, 2012 stating that she would reorder these papers and get them to me. I still have not received the papers needed to register my samoyed puppy. I have now had my puppy 10 months and still no registration forms have been supplied. I paid a great deal of money for this service and am disappointed that Teresa will not stand by her word. I have attached the email she sent to me as proof. Also enclosed is the paperwork of purchase. All I want is to be able to register my puppy as I was promised and I paid for."

  • Have you contacted the AKC or Samoyed Club of America? Perhaps if you register some type of complaint with one of these organizations (especially the Samoyed Club since there is membership involved), they can assist you in getting the paperwork or getting her to respond to your request for the papers to register your dog. It appears from her website that she has a large facility to breed dogs and seems to take pride in her work and memberships. Normally I would suggest visiting the facility again but since there is a considerable distance, you might try writing a certified letter to her requesting the documents be sent per the agreement in her contract. Have you thought about your next course of action if you do not receive the paperwork? You may want to let her know (kindly and professionally) what that may be if you are not sent the paperwork as promised. Good luck.
