Claimant says:
"I got to their website through an email that I have since deleted in my anger and poor judgment. I wanted 1 free bottle as they advertised and was suckered in to buying 6 more for $99.95 with a100 per cent satisfaction guarantee. When I checked out they charged me $99.95 for the six bottles, and an additional $159.00 for five more bottles that I did not order. I immediately called their customer service number 855-978-6683 and told them that I wanted to cancel my order because I did not choose to do business with thieves. They tried to talk me into keeping the order at a reduced price, when I refused they said that their company policy was to not cancel and ship the order regardless of my wishes and that if I wanted to return the product I had to wait until I received the product then call for a return authorization and be charged a $5.95 per bottle restocking fee as well as paying for the return shipping. I cannot find their website, and after reading other complaints am afraid to return the product since they have not credited the other peoples accounts that have returned the product. It is really disheartening to realize that business' s can take advantage of people this way and charge them what ever they feel like and get away with it."

  • I too was charged much more than their website stated and asked for a refund; I just received the shipment today and refused it; took the tracking number and have been in contact with my bank. I hope this claimant receives their full refund; I won't give up until I get mine!!
