"Jennifer,
As we have been unable to reach you, as you do not return our calls, we are needing to find other means of communicating our frustration with your lack of paying your rent. This is the first step, with following steps, if need be, to be more aggressive. We were foolish enough to take you at your word, but are very regretful of that now. Out of 4 months renting our apartment you have only paid for 2 months and never paid security deposit that we graciously agreed to allow you to pay in installments. You do not answer our calls or answer when we attempt to collect rent by stopping at apartment."
