Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I took delivery of three beds, and did not notice at the time of delivery that one of the headboards had a slit if the top, as the color is dark brown vinyl, and I was leaving for vacation. When I got back from vacation and noticed the damage, I called Jennifer Convertibles and they sent someone out to evaluate the damage. The service man took one look and said that it was an obvious razor cut when the box was removed, as I also knew. When the report was reported, I was told that they would replace it, but that I would have to pay $99. for the replacement, which is outrageous! They stated that there is a 7 day time frame to report delivery damage, and did not care that we were away for that time. All that I want is a replacement for the damage, and they will not do the right thing. They are a terrible company to deal with, and if you can do anything to help me, I would be very grateful.

  • Terrible place of business! Not only will they make good for damaged delivery,but they want delivery fee. When I did tell them to deliver, they NEVER SHOWED UP, after waiting ALL DAY for them. When I called after waiting for 8 hours, they said that it was coming a week later!! Never even called to let me know. And I am disappointed with this PeoplesClaim for not being able to help me.

  • I was told that delivery was coming on Saturday, and waited ALL DAY, having to call them at 5 oclock to find out what was going on, and was told that the delivery would be for the following Saturday, not even having the decency to call me. Worst business. NEVER AGAIn will I shop here.
