"Contracter met with me saying he was a licensed contractor , we hired and signed a contract. we paid him on the basis of his work he was doing for a pastor across the street from us. we paid this guy and he said he had problem after problem happen to him. My husband and I thought that he was just having some bad luck in his life well he got paid , but left my bathroom remodel unfinished. I do not have a medicine cabinet nor a shower door. His brother came and put in my vanity and shower head and toliet. I want to be reinbursed. for the items I paid for and did not recieve ."

  • It cut off the rest of my info. They have filed criminal charges on Mr. Ulloa if you check the state board website :)

  • I too was taken by this man. He lied and committed fraud!

  • After researching your claim, I did discover that this particular contractor’s license is suspended with the state. The California Department of Consumer Affairs Contractors State License Board has a complaint process set up to assist you in filing a complaint, opening an investigation, and possibly obtaining some resolution for you. The department also has an arbitration program set up that you may be able to take advantage of.
