Claimant says:
"On 4/13/16 I purchased a $40.00 package for a month of unlimited tanning. When I paid him he said he was just starting the business so he didn't have the machine for me to pay by credit/debit card. I paid him $40 cash. When I ask for receipt he torn off a corner of a piece of paper and said his receipt book hadn't come in yet. I ask him for googles and they hadn't come in yet either. Making a long story short I was only able to tan in my 30 days. The majority of the times I went he was closed. When I complained to him he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him and he could be there in 5 minutes. When I would call him he either wouldn't answer or would make excuses why he couldn't come. Towards the end I ask him if he was regretting selling me the package and if he wanted to got me $20 I would let him out of the contract. He stated he didn't have any cash. I then suggested I would make a standing appointment every Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 5:30. He thought that was a great idea because he would know when he had to be there. The next Monday I was there at 5:30, he was not so I called him and he said he was going to have to give me my money back because he was tired of making excuses. That was on 5/2/16. I have text and called him numerous times to make arrangements to meet him to get my money back. I only heard back from him once and that was to tell me he couldn't meet me that day because his daughter had a dance recital that night. All the other calls and texts where ignored!"
