Claimant says:
"The owner Iyad Haddad is a man that is unfair and very difficult to deal with. We wanted to buy one of his properties and moved from California to Las Vegas with the hope of our dream home. Tragedy happen and devastation hit us hard. We did not get the final loan approved that took us by surprised due to identity theft on our credit, and was denied. We lived in our van with two dogs and three adults in tears not knowing what to do. When we were denied we needed our earnest money refunded. lyad Haddad did not care to returned our money nor would work with our agents. I would never wish this on anyone. Our next step is to hire a lawyer and take him to court for all expenses we occurred and our earnest money. This man is evil and unworthy of being in real estate."
