Iyad is the definition of a "slum landlord." He buys homes at foreclosure auctions, trustee sales, and HOA auctions. Most of these homes have all sorts of deferred maintenance and issues. Iyad will "at best" send in the cheapest option handymen to cover things up, and list these homes for sale and for rent. He does not disclose to the tenants or buyers the true condition of these homes. If you rent or buy one of these homes, he will literally have zero repairs completed and sometimes to cover up work that he has done, can hide serious issues (ex: mold damages, cracked plaster in a pool, etc). Buyer and tenants should be aware of the risks associated when considering one of these properties.
