  • this company is nothing but a liar they did not assist me with anything or any cleanup that's totally a lie and soon you will be sorry because I have several other people names and phone numbers of property that you damaged and that was very unhappy with your services especially to the fact that you damaged hundreds of people's personal property it's not our problem that your pipes burst that's your problem and you will be held responsible I promise you that that young lady that was on duty that day had a lot of people very angry to the point we had to call the police and still she refused to give us any kind of information on the owner of that property or even her name for that matter unacceptable I will start contacting the several people that I have names and phone numbers to and then you will be sorry enough is enough I don't like liars and people that tell lies especially a business that destroyed hundreds of people's personal property unacceptable and you will find that out real shortly I'm in my brand new apartment sleeping on the floor because of you my music my speakers my armoire all of my clothing was damaged because of you and also hundreds of other people's personal items you assist with nothing you did not help anyone clean up anything you are a liar and I will make you pay for it I promise you that

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

  • "Dear Mr. Swinton,

    We do apologize for the loss of your personal items. Unfortunately the sprinkler break was something that was beyond our control as the extreme cold caused a pipe to burst. We have done everything in our power to assist with any clients that were impacted by the sprinkler break including supplying new boxes, relocating items and the clean up of the personal affects. We have also submitted your claim to the insurance company and we are waiting on their decision.

    We would also highly recommend that you check with your personal insurance carrier to see if they will assist you with the damages sustained to your personal items.

    Again, we apologize for the unfortunate situation.
