Claimant says:
"I joined Ideal Fitness when the new general manager offered me a free membership to cross market his business with mine. He gave me some personal training sessions and then told me he could no longer accommodate my schedule and told me that he could pass me off to another trainer. I complied, and they began to charge me for personal training sessions. They "auto withdrawal" from my account even though I never signed a contract or anything stating they could do this. When the new general manager left, my trainer got promoted to the new general manager position. On the day that I was supposed to train, I myself had to contact him to make sure we were still scheduled for that day. He told me he could no longer accommodate my schedule and tried to pass me to another trainer. I stated I felt not valued and I simply wanted my last 8 sessions refunded. The owner, Wade Gates, refused the refund. I NEVER signed any contract authorizing any funds to be taken out of my account."
