"Briefly explain your problem with this party..•

Home Care Assistance consistently violates its agreement with me to provide me with weekly invoices for services rendered. Months go by without receiving invoices despite multiple urgent requests by me for invoices.
Home Care Assistance's shoddy billing practices (e.g. failure to provide timely invoices) egregiously violates industry standards. Endless waiting for invoices while my account balance piles up has been a significant source of emotional distress for me."
