Claimant says:
"I contracted with bruce lutz the owner of the compay to do some repair around my house He did most of but did not finish the job. I had him stain kichen cabinets cost was 750 and it did not come out right was told let it sink in and if still look bad he would redo it. So after a couple days he came back and it still looked bad So he said it might be better to just paint them.I told him I told I did not want them painted I told him I wanted them restained he said ok and he would have to check his scheudle as to when he could do it I have called him several times and all I get is excuses and he let me when he can do it. Its now been two months The repair work totaled 1422 and I paid half up front and balance was to be paid after job was done he did not finish. And the staining of the cabinets was extra which I paid when he finished it The part he did not finish was the wood frame around garage door."
