Claimant says:
"I purchased a plan late februar 2016 . I recieved a copy of plan on march 7th 2016 .I looked it over and did not like it. It said i had 10 days to cancel if i didnt like it. I called on march 9th 2016 and talked to a man who said his name was anton lin and told i wanted to cancel ; he said ok . Then my april visa bill came and i was charged $365.69 . I then recieved an email saying that aprils dues for $240.69 was charged on my visa. I called april 1st 2016 and talked to carlo he said my account would be credited. I received a couple emails saying account was being credited. I called on may 3rd 2016 and talked to charlie and he said there was no record of me talking to anyone on march 9th 2016 and no anton lin. And again said my account was going to get credited for $ 240.69 but not $ 365.69. I filed a dispute with bank of america visa ."
