Claimant says:I purchased a plan late februar 2016 . I recieved a copy of plan on march 7th 2016 .I looked it over and did not like it. It said i had 10 days to cancel if i didnt like it. I called on march 9th 2016 and talked to a man who said his name was anton lin and told i wanted to cancel ; he said ok . Then my april visa bill came and i was charged $365....
