"We paid 3700.00 for drain tile to be replaced in our basement and put in a new sump pump. They replaced the pump but decided not t o replace drain tile because when they flushed it it seemed to be working. on april27 our basement leaked water in the same area getting half of our basement wet. They came out and lowered the sump pump but the basement is still wet. I called again today and a person that my husband has spoken to several times whose name is Ken. I wanted to speak to Al Wyman who is the person who sold us the job and said it was garented but they refuse to let me speak to him and now i was told to get a lawer because they arent going to fix it"

  • do not use guardian water proofing inc. for repairing leaky basement they do not repair their poor work told me to contact a lawyer . its not their problem
