Claimant says:
"GBMarketing is a digital marketer who I bought a product from on 3/2/35. The product was a Email marketing tool with five upgrades. My total purchase price was $229.92. The product was sold with a guarantee. If stated I could get a refund if I wanted it. None of those products would ever seel without a guarantee. 
Several days Later, I went to my Urologist Doctor appointment and was given the unfortunate news that I had Prostate Cancer Stage 3. I had to begin radiation treatments immediately and follow that up with ELIGARD shots. Upon hearing the unexpected bad news I was blown away. I knew I had bigger more important things to focus on. (LIVING & FAMILY)
So, I contacted the support desk and requested a refund. My request was treated as a joke. The following is a copy of the email response I received.

I was recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer stage 3. So I have no choice, but to request refunds and focus on living as long as I can. Life isn't always fair. In spite of,  we can't
change what it throws our way. Most of the time we are left trying to make the best of  bad situations.
