Claimant says:
"I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado in may of 2015 and have taken it in at 4 different times for a transmission problem and yet to be fixed . I ave recently taken it in on march the 17th and when the repair order was written up the service writer left off the issues of transmission and a pulley bearing noise the service writer said oh I will take it back to tech and have him checked out when I got it back there were no documentation or any miles put on the odometer and was told that this trans problem were normal and I would have to live with it I am not going to live with it I called General Motors on Monday the 21st and talked with a rep named Digi case number 8-1888420249 phone number 866-790-5600-ext591-3896 and she told me that that her or someone would be in touch within 48 hours and it how has been a week and no returned phone calls iam tried of the runaround so iam reaching out to you You have helped me in the past so I am giving you another shot"
