Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I came to the Atlanta Airport to catch a flight at Frontier. I arrive around 5:15 not sure of the time but was here enough time to get on my plane. The lady at the counter was taking care of a passenger with a kid so time was given to that. She said next to me and I gave her my ID card and she stated to me to put my bag on the stand. I did and she stated it was ok to go through the secutriy check point that they are a bout to start boarding she shout to me d27. I proceed to the train and went to d27 and no one was there i ask an attendant and she state a24 she look at my boarding pass and told me to go to a24. I look at my watch it was now 540 I proceed to the train and went to a27 and no one was there so I went to a29 and the gentlemen said I needed to go to d7 I ask if he could call the desk he stated Im delta cannot help you. I went to the train once again and went to d7 and once I got here she look at me and stated it was to late! walk through the door and another came back cant do nothing she is late. I tried to explain what happen and it fell on death EARS! She said theres another flight at 4 now it is book solid and there is not one until 6. I sit for 5 mins and the plane was still at the gate but I could not get on and it was not my fault. I know we make mistakes because we are human but when I got to the counter she could tell I was out of breath and the I was telling the truth. Where is the customer Service!!!!!! I still could have gotten on that plan she did not ask if I wanted another airline or nothing they close the doors and left me in the witing area. Its bad enough that we have to pay for everything we as customers are always looking for a good deal sometiomes this is not good in this case it truly was not. This was a mothers day gift from my son whom I have not seen in almost 3 years. I truly was looking to cook breakfast for him this morning only to see him tonight at 1030pm. wHAT AN INCONVENIENCE this is. I can care less about money back our I wish is customer service to get a lot better. I work on a miltiary base and word of mouth is going a long way. I will make sure I spread this to all that fly and let them know not to fly this airline. to top it all off if I was so late how is it the my bags will get to New Mexico before I do. I was not late....."
