"I ordered an air filter from them on June 3rd that I have yet to receive. The first 2 times I called them they aked for my patience and I gave it to them. But after that nothing or even 1 single response to my email. June was a very hot depressing month for me all because they refuse to send me an air filter or refund me my money."
