Claimant says:
"They built me a new house, but in one area the footer is not to the 40 inch depth code, I can't cut the ground down to drain the water off, or the footer will freeze this winter. The code officer never came to the job site at the time of digging, nor will he come now or respond to my complaint. Also in the back of my house they did not put the grade to the level shown on the speck sheet of the house, they have 4 feet of ground over my septic drain field and septic tank, this can't be, it will ruin my septic system. there were a lot more mistakes, some are beyond fixing. We are in the 10th month and the house is not done yet. I told them from day one to lower this footer, that it would be a problem with the water drainage. They have refused at the time to even come and check out what I was telling them. the only time they fixed their mistakes was when I held a payment from them"
