Claimant says:
"I received a gift certificate for Euphoria Salon and Day Spa for Christmas 2016 or 2017. I recently went in to use it and was told I only had $25 available to me. I had tried to arrange for a friend and I to get pedicures, nails done, etc. but no one returned our calls. Each service is independently done by different individuals and you have to contact each one separately. The company was sold and I needed to talk to the previous owner who has not returned any of my calls nor did anyone else. I was told my gift certificate number GC 5343 had no expiration date but when I tried to use it I was told it would expire 12/13/2020. I live one hour away so I can't go in every day to try to get things done. If they don't want to provide the services requested, I would like a monetary refund."

  • Deborah, If the gift card was bought in December of 2017 then we will be more than happy to offer services at full value. If it was bought before that date, each year that it was not used there is a non use penalty added to that card.Whuch is subtracted to that total.I have sent this claim that was recieved in the mail yesterday to Andrea's forwarding address. I Kitty, would be more than happy to render the total you paid for that giftcard or recieved that gift card with total value as long as those services are preformed by myself. You may contact me to book those services on my appointment line at 6604415157.

Message from Euphoria Salon & Day Spa: Andrea Arant was owner of establishment when this gift card was bought. She ran her business under Integral Spalon Solutions LLC. Her contact info email is buss.bussllc@gmail.com her phone number is 2695449447, or 2693550225 her address is 110 Blue star HWY Douglas Mi 49406. She would be more than happy to pay this person back if she is contacted. We aslo so have product left behind and Deborah is more than happy to use her entire gift card value for equal trade amount of reatil cost.
