Claimant says:
"I was sent the wrong children's book. I ordered two books :MY GRANDMA IS GREAT and MY GRANDPA IS GREAT and I received two copies of the former. This order was made on September 8, 2010. While I called there several times over the year and a half, inquiring of my purchase, I just received the books on Friday, April 20, 2012. And the order was wrong. I called Entrepeneurs Sales this past Monday (April 23, 2012) and left a message. Yesterday I received a voice mail message indicating that it was too late to complain, because the order was made over a year ago and that I should have received my order along time ago.

I am never able to speak to anybody and have to leave a message. The one time last year when I did speak to someone. he told me that They had to reorder and it would take six weeks. It has been far longer than that"

  • Mr Wilson was mailed out two books over a year ago. On April 18th the publisher mailed out another book Grandpa and I. Mr. Wilson has been mailed five books to date, that is 3 more books than he has paid for. We apologize for the inconvience, his other two books should arrive by May 10th.

  • I was told that the original order would be rectified by May 10th. I have not heard from Entrepreneurs Sales since I made this claim against them other than this email. I have received only three books from the company. Back in April I called them and thereafter received two copies of MY GRANDMA IS GREAT and a thin book that was suppose to be complimentary for the original order taking so long to be delivered (one and a half years). They indicated that they had sent me 5 books. To date I have only received the three books, in total, as I have mentioned. I still have not received MY GRANDPA IS GREAT. Al I want is the book I orderd and half not received.

  • This situation was supposed to be resolved by May 6th. Today is June 14th. I have received nothing from Entrepreneurs Sales, since I received two copies of My Grandma is Great and a complimentary book entitled My Grandma and I, which I did not order. I never got my Grandpa is Great. I have received a total of three books from Entrepreneurs Sales.

  • I would like to know how Entrepreneurs can confirm that I received five books. i received only one order for three books : 2 copies of My Grandma is Great and 1 complimentary copy (which I never asked for) of My Grandma and I .

  • I still have not received the book entitled My Grandpa is Great. I have received nothing since I last wrote to you. I was suppose to receive all my titles by May 10th. This is June 14th and nothing has come yet. Entrepreneurs Sales claims they sent me five books all total. I have received only the three mentioned earlier :2 copies of MyGrandma is Great and 1 copy of My Grandma and I . Thes books I received in late April. How can Entrepreneurs Sale prove that they sent me five books.
