Claimant says:
"I filed a report about an incident that happen to me on Jan 29,2023. I was told someone would be getting ahold of me in a couple days, as of this day I have not heard from them. I was playing at one of the slot machines when right in the middle of a spin the front of the door came open and landed right on my knee. I have since then went to the ER at St Michaels in Silverdale to have X-Rays taken because i was in so much pain. they treated me as nothing had happen. The machine I was on was ready to pay, my husband had already put well over 200.00 into it when I took over. After the door had fell open it reset the game which made us have to start from the beginning again, that's if we were to continue. All in all they never once asked me if I was ok, nor said they were sorry. If I were to take the Dr.s and X-ray Tech's advice, I'd be talking to an Attorney right now.
