"I MR. GAZZIE GLENN HAS BEEN HARASSED BY THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS FOR MEDICAL BILL FOR SURGERY IN THE PAST,I'AM UN ABLE TOO PAY THE BILL BECAUSE I'AM UNABLE TO WORK FULLY BECAUSE OF BEING DISABLE ,THEY THREATING TO GARNISH MY WAGES FOR 10% OF WHAT I GET."

  • Mr. Glenn: There was no defamation of character as we simply obtained a valid judgment and am trying to collect on services provided. We did not state anything negative about you but simply sent a wage application to you as a way to collect on the judgment since you have not made any payments to CCMC. CCMC will not be paying you any sum of money for you receiving medical services from our facility. Do you wish to enter into a payment plan so a wage garnishment does not take place?
